Taking the Steps - Following Him - Set a Fire in our Soul

Got word today that Pedro's court date has been set for Dec.9. Yippee but alittle or alot sad that we probably won't get to bring him home for Christmas or even see him before Christmas but at least we are officially moving along in the process. I have a burden on my heart for him though, at his age,teenagery, he hasn't seen us in 4 months he has to have so many emotions, he is attached to friends and people there, he is big enough to understand, so we are just praying the adoptions is still something he truely wants which is what the judge will be asking, I am sure he does but who really knows what goes through the teenage mind. We love him so much though and just are anxiously waiting for him. We have discussed redirecting our Christmas money to take a family trip to see him and be with him for Christmas but we still have atleast 2 more travel trips as it is so having the money for that alone is a great challenge. We praise the Lord definatly for one step closer.
